After reading the reviews, we booked a trip for our daughter and niece. We have used web for many trips and have had pretty good luck. However, we are shocked by the state of the room versus the picture of the room on web. The room is dirty and stained. We tried to get web to help us move the girls to a different hotel or upgrade to a different room - but they were only able to talk to the front desk clerk - not a manager - and she said too bad. It was booked through web on-line and they won't do a thing. web did tell us that the front desk clerk was nice on the phone.......

I visited West Palm Beach briefly because of a death in the family.They apparently have recently refinished this hotel.They forgot to update the rooms,which are very old.The bed was only full size instead of the customary queen..good thing my husband and I always sleep so close together.The air conditioning was very loud..I had a difficult time slleeping @ night because of the noise.

Just came back from a three night stay in this hotel. The staff and everyone at this hotel could not have been better, the only problem I saw was with the business center. It was in bad need of an upgrade. I had trouble trying to print my broading and bag passes and the young lady took me into the offices to get these done. Everything was first class I will return !

The Holiday Inn Conference Centre was overall a good place to stay. Very conveniently located to I95 and 1 1/2 miles to downtown. The rooms were clean and nice. My room was a non-smoking room but smoke from adjacent room came through the vents. The noise from the hallways was significant (though admittedly I am sensitive to this), and the doors slammed loudly everytime. Front desk was courteous and helpful, gym was adequate (4 machines), didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. The business center, however was a joke--one computer with weak internet access that didn't always connect, a broken printer and nothing else, so bring your laptop!! Area seemed safe. Ask for the intracoastal view otherwise you will be looking at a maze of highways. Oh, and a very comfortable bed with lots of pillows, and shower pressure was good--massaging head too!

I combined the room with my flight and I didnt pay near as much as the rooms were priced regularly. It is a quot3 starquot hotel but when I walked in I realized it was definitely closer to a 4 star! The shuttle was waiting at the airport to pick me up they helped me with my bags and I was at the hotel in 3 minutes flat. They allowed an early check in #4011am#41 even though they told me they were booked full the night before when I called. If you arrive early and they dont have a room ready they have a luggage room to store your bags in until they get one clean. Although not advertised they will give you a FREE ride within a 5 mile radius and thats far enough to take you to the city plaza #40which is an amazing outside mall/entertainment center#41 amoung plenty of other places. They have the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on with both a quotsoftquot and quotfirmquot pillow selection laid out. I had a flat screen TV and a nice desk to do my paperwork as well as a newspaper at my door in the morning. Staff was fairly friendly. I cant review the restaurant...I didnt make it bc they gave me a complimentary ride to BBKings to eat. yes a ride to a competeing restaurant for free. I would definitely go back and I recomend it to everyone!
